We purchased our first home today!!! We got an amazing deal and everything went very smoothly considering it was a short sale. It is a 2000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and no closets. No joke, there are no closets in this house other than the bedroom closets. There are some nice upgrades though with the beautiful cabinets in the kitchen and tile throughout. It is a bi-level home and has a HUGE garage. All of our storage will be going in there around the sides. We will be painting and carpeting in the next two weeks and then will hopefully be able to move in in about three weeks. We hope you enjoy your tour of our new home!!!!

Congratulations on your new home! How exciting! We just short sold our home in Phoenix. You are buying at the right time! We bought our house in 2007 for $204,000 and it appriased and sold for $80,000. Crazy, huh?
